With over 20 years of extensive experience in managing large-scale operations, Mr. Varma brings a unique combination of strategic insight and entrepreneurial spirit to our leadership team.
Throughout his impressive career, Mr. Varma has developed a deep understanding of operational management and business strategy. He began his professional journey at General Electric (GE) as part of their leadership program, where he acquired invaluable hands-on techniques and tools in operations management.
These skills laid the foundation for his subsequent roles at PwC and EY, where he excelled in operational effectiveness and business strategy consulting. Additionally, he gained significant experience working with Halcyon, a private equity firm specializing in distressed asset turnarounds.
Transitioning from corporate roles to entrepreneurship, Mr. Varma embraced the challenge of building businesses with limited resources. He dedicated five years to this venture through innovative initiatives like Badhai and Marril, further honing his skills in strategic thinking and resource management.
In his role as CFO and Head of Business & Strategy at Logic Fruit, Mr. Varma will collaborate closely with the management team to support strategic initiatives and drive innovation. His expertise will be pivotal as we continue to evolve and expand our operations in the fast-paced technology sector.
