We are looking for a Technical Writer in the field of Semiconductor/Electronics domain with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :
- Defines and implements an appropriate structure and flow for documenting one or more products.
- Independently plans, writes, prepares, and delivers product documentation and other collateral content to support releases, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Acquires and organizes source material, including specs and engineering write-ups.
- Open-minded and receptive to critical feedback from various sources, both internal and external, and be willing to learn.
- Works on one or more products with teams located across the globe.
- Creates grammatically accurate documentation that is also in perfect alignment with the style guide, templates, and processes.
- Works hands-on on the products being supported to truly understand the domain, technology, and features being documented.
- Takes ownership of all the Design/Verification/Traceability Matrix etc. documentation as per required industry certification
- Asks the right questions and follows up with the SMEs.
- Maintains the sanity and uniformity of information across the documents.
- Follows the documentation rules/tools as per industry standards.
- Follows strong validation, review and release processes.
- Defines document release processes aligned with development and project releases.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science.
- 6-10 years of technical writing experience in a product development company.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Unix or Linux.
- Good understanding of technical writing principles and processes.
- Ability to grasp new technology quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand project requirements and address them using suitable documentation strategies.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain and adhere to schedules/timelines.
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate workload assessment to others.
- Experience of documenting Digital Design – FPGA/IP/ASIC datasheets, user guides and various key documents required for project completion and success.
- Experience working independently, as part of a team, and communicating with non-native English speakers.
- Complete ownership and implementation of technical documentation with follow up from start to end along with defining document release processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong hands-on on latest documentation tools and AI concepts to make robust and effective documents.
