We are looking for a Technical Writer in the field of Semiconductor domain with excellent communication skills.

Job Position : Technical Writer

Experience : 3-5 Years

Location : Gurugram

Responsibilities :

Working on one or more products with product teams located across the globe.
Planning works independently in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Creating grammatically accurate documentation that is also in perfect alignment with the style guide, templates, and processes.
Working hands-on on the products being supported and doing the research required to truly understand the domain, technology, and features being documented.
To take ownership of all the Design/Verification/Traceability Matrix/etc documentations as per Semiconductor industry DO-254 certification.
To ask the right questions and follow up with the Development team.
To maintain the sanity and uniformity of information across the documents.
To follow the standard documentation rules/tools.
To follow the strong validation, review and release processes.
To define document release processes mapping with development and project releases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science.
3 to 5 years of technical writing experience in a software or hardware product development company.

Requirements:

Working knowledge of UNIX or Linux.
Experience with electronic design automation (EDA) tools.
Good understanding of technical writing principles and processes .
Ability and inclination to grasp new technology quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand development teams and project requirements and address them using suitable documentation strategies.
Experience of documenting Digital Design- FPGA/IP/ASIC datasheets, user guides and various key documents required for project completion and success.
Experience working independently, as part of a team, and with overseas development teams; experience communicating with non-native English speakers.
Complete implementation of technical documentation with follow up from start to end along with defining document release processes.
Should be accountable and take ownership of documentation from start to end.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong hands-on on latest documentation tools and AI concepts to make robust and effective documents.
Working knowledge of UNIX or Linux.
Experience with electronic design automation (EDA) tools.
