Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Marketing Specialist to bridge the gap between our technical team and marketing/Sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with marketing expertise to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to customers, partners, and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute technical marketing strategies to promote products and solutions.
  • Develop and execute technical marketing strategies to promote products and solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering, product management, and sales teams to create compelling technical content.
  • Create and manage technical documentation, white papers, case studies, and product presentations.
  • Develop and deliver webinars, product demos, and technical training sessions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create SEO-optimized technical content (e.g., blogs, website copy, and social media).
  • Assist in developing sales enablement tools, including product brochures, FAQs, and comparison guides.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Act as a technical evangelist, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements : 

  • Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering.
  • 6-10+ years of experience working with DRDO, ISRO, BEL, HAL in technical development, product marketing and Customer requirement understanding.
  • Strong understanding of Aerospace and Defence technology, FPGA, software and hardware products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
  • Experience with video marketing, webinars, and technical training materials is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
