Sales and Business Development Engineer/Manager

To ensure expansion and growth for Logic Fruit Technologies India through new activities, or extension of existing ones, defined in the Aerospace, Defense Sector of Hyderabad region to execute goals, objectives and strategies etc. To drive the expansion and growth for Logic Fruit Technologies Business with primary responsibility of Sales and Business development. To drive actively the company sales in business and mission critical communications in Hyderabad.

Job Position : Sales and Business Development Engineer/Manager

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Hyderabad

Responsibilities :

  • Accountable for overall Logic Fruit Technologies Sales and Business development activities in Hyderabad Region.
  • Execute key growth sales strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base..
  • Lead sales and pre sales efforts on selected key Account in Major Defense & Aerospace sector.
  • Review and align sales strategy with VP- Sales.
  • Maintain a qualified sales funnel and accurately forecast order in-take and revenues, including filtering information to predict success in this area.
  • Maintain a competitive edge, obtain competitor information and share this promptly with S&M team and product portfolio strategic group.
  • Maintain customer’s satisfaction. Assist finance in obtaining full and timely payment from customers where necessary.
  • Lead sales and pre sales effort on selected campaigns
  • Definition of the sales strategy and the capture plan;
  • Coordination of the commercial actions and submission of the offer;
  • Negotiations with the customer
  • Drive business growth and expand Logic Fruit Technologies market penetration by fostering new business models
  • Develop business with Government organizations for Aerospace & Defense.
  • Maintain a qualified sales funnel.
  • Get a deep knowledge of customer’s environment, detecting needs regarding Logic Fruit Technologies products, services and solutions.
  • Elaborate with the Head of Sales Operating Plan and Sales Forecast.

Secondary Responsibilities : 

  • This is to say that the employee has an obligation to cooperate in the performance of the secondary tasks.
  • Actively engage with digital marketing teams(s) to support opportunity creation and campaign development
  • Actively engage & attending relevant Exhibition and OEM events in the targeted Region

Professional Skills:

Describes the competences – the job profile – that the employee must have in order to fill the position. For examples: Defense & Aerospace industry experience, Ability to understand and promote conceptual services, well experienced within the Microsoft office programs.

  • +2 years Aerospace & Defense, Telecommunications/ Critical systems working experience
  • Experience in DRDO Labs in the Hyderabad region ex RCI, DRDL, DLRL, CHESS, ECIL, ISRO NRSC, HAL Hyderabad.
  • Experience in (professional) Sales & Business and service business is equally a significant advantage.
