HR-Business Partner
We are seeking a versatile and experienced HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while also handling key HR functions, ensuring seamless employee experience and compliance with HR policies. This role requires a proactive professional who can balance talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations effectively.

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Generate reports and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement using monthly hiring MIS reports.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as industry events and networking.
HR Generalist Functions:
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Manage employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Identify skill gaps through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations to determine necessary training programs.
Requirements:
- Preferred B.tech/Master in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the semiconductor or IT industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes & HR policies
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for HR analytics and reporting.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
