Finance Head (Sr Manager / Director)

Responsibilities :

• Developing and executing financial strategies to support Logic-Fruit business objectives.
• Leading financial planning and analysis., budgeting, and forecasting to support the Logic Fruit Technologies’ growth and strategic initiatives, analyses financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Diligently tracks revenue & EBITDA targets for Logic Fruit Technologies and flag off risks on deviations to business teams for mitigation.
• Oversees financial reporting processes and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Manages the Logic Fruit Technologies’ cash flow, liquidity, and investments to support operational needs and strategic objectives.
• Develop cash management strategies, optimize cash balances, & invest excess funds in instruments with favorable returns on acceptable risk.
• Oversees financial operations, including Accounts payable, Accounts receivables, billing, and collections for Logic Fruit Technologies.
• Monitors and controls operating expenses, capital expenditures, and other costs to optimize profitability and efficiency. He identifies opportunities for cost reduction, negotiate vendor contracts, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or innovation.
• Oversees tax planning initiatives and ensures compliance with tax laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where the company operates.
• Lead discussions along CEO with prospective Investors to raise capital to fund our expansion or going IPO (SME). Needs to help manage investor relations by preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts that provide transparency and credibility to potential investors.
