As Architect for the development of PCIe and other protocols, you will provide technical leadership to the design and verification engineers. You will define architecture/micro-architecture details and work closely with the engineers, sales/marketing, customers on all aspects for successful design, implementation, verification, and delivery of projects.

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the architecture/micro-architecture of PCIe(Gen1-Gen6) and otherprotocols-based projects.
- Provide technical leadership to the engineers on the design and verification ofthese projects.
- Understand customer requirements, drive relevant plans, and detailed design and execution.
- Responsible for developing and delivering best-in-class technology, working closely with all stakeholders and customers.
- Responsible for timely resolutions of all technical issues,working closely with the engineers and cross-functional teams at all stages of the projects.
- Responsible for deliveringhigh-quality solutions ensuring compliance with various quality guidelines and metrics.
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with each project, develop and drive risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and opportunities for growth.
- Scale the teams in terms of capability and skills and hire top talent.
- Build strong working relationships and collaboration with all stakeholders and team members.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience, including strong experience in architecture, implementation of PCIe(Gen1-Gen6)and other protocols.
- Deep, expert knowledge of PCIe protocol.
- Thorough understanding of design and verification of protocols.
- Experience in execution of FPGA based projects – flows, design, tools.
- Technical leadership experience to innovate and drive development of best-in-class solutions.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding the team with close involvement in development, right down to the lowest level implementation details.
- Experience in working closely with sales/marketing and customers.
- Good interpersonal skills.
