Project Manager
We are currently seeking a Project Manager, an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Individual contributor. The responsibilities of the Project manager includes overseeing Software / FPGA / Hardware Projects from start to finish, managing and motivating developers and other team members, giving customer presentations, and writing project proposals.

Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring adherence to project requirements and objectives.
- Track project progress and report on project status to stakeholders regularly.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies.
Project Manager Requirements :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Development management, Software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager.
- High Proficiency in working on Project Management tools of Smartsheet, JIRA, Kanban etc.
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
- Excellent technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
